Lindsay + Geoff Wedding

We had the pleasure of working with Meghan as our day of coordinator for our wedding in July. We had done much of the planning ourselves but knew we wanted someone to run the show so that we did not have anything to worry about on our wedding day. Meghan went above and beyond to make that happen. We met with her a couple of times before the wedding and even though I thought we had covered every detail, Meghan asked questions that brought to life aspects of the planning I would have never thought of on my own.

Meghan was incredibly organized and detail-oriented in the planning process leading up to the wedding, even though we only thought we were hiring her for the day of services. She communicated with us in a timely and clear way. Her minute to minute timeline ensured nothing was missed. She floated seamlessly between the groomsmen and bridesmaids while we were getting ready in our separate places, making certain everyone in our 20+ person bridal party was on time for each aspect of the day.

When we had rain on our wedding day, she coordinated with the photographer and videographer for a great back-up option for the first look. She even took pictures of our first look so I had a sneak peak of the whole experience long before my photographer sent us our photos. Meghan had already been in communication with all of our vendors leading up to the wedding and she shared the minute by minute timeline with them as well so everyone was on the same page. I couldn't imagine having had as perfect as a day as we did without Meghan.

My husband and I are eternally grateful for her knowledge, professionalism, ability to wrangle a large and rowdy bridal party, and clear passion for all things wedding. Do yourselves a favor and hire her for your day of coordinator--or even better, your full on wedding planner!
